"Chad loves the Word of God and he preaches and teaches it with humility, passion, and boldness. It's not enough for him that his hearers merely listen. Like the Lord's brother, James, He strives to hold them accountable to living out the truths that he proclaims. He has poured his time and energy and life into the lives of our students and because of that, they in turn have allowed God to shape them more and more into the image of His Son.
There's not a doubt in my mind that the motivation behind this ministry formation and ultimately this ministry is because of the heartbeats that pulse within these young man. And I'm here to tell you that his heartbeat thump for the glory of God. Chad is availing himelf to the Lord's use and desire that His kingdom would come here, in our world, through his yielded obedience to his call. Paul as he testified to Timothy said this, 'For I am already being poured out as a drink offering...I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.' Allow him to pour himself into your ministry. Let him fight alongside your flock. Permit him to run the race with you. When you do, I know that you will keep the faith together with him and all will be blessed."
