Ministry
gazer feels that in this day and age God is calling His people to a return to holiness. we feel that "Christians" are walking too close to the world and setting poor examples of Christ. we need to show the love of Christ, but we feel more importantly in these times his holiness and righteousness need to be lived through our lives. rather than just telling everyone that Christ loves them; people need to see lives changed and hearts mended and examples of Christ in every part of our lives. we feel the church needs, for lack of a better phrase, a wake up call. God has given us an influence with our music where we can reach kids whom traditional ministers couldn’t. we long to use this gift and calling to reach all those who need Christ. (Matthew 28: 19-20)

Bio
Batesville, Arkansas: pop 9,000. Two chicken plants, a couple of stores, Walmart, a bank and lots of farms and one item we can't figure how it got there: alternative rock band GAZER! Mikal and Zack met in church and realized they liked the same kind of music such as Radiohead and Oasis, so they started writing together and something special happened. Bassist, Justin Hodges was added when Zack, down on his luck moved in with similarly down on his luck Justin. Adversity proved to be creative. The band then rounded out the line up with guitarist, jeremy adkisson, and drummer, Brenton Little. Since then GAZER has played regularly throughout Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee. They have opened for the likes of Evanescence, Everclear, Smile Empty Soul and Blindside. They are embarking on another string of dates having just finished an album's worth of new material which is being released in Jan. 06.

- we have showcased for record labels such as Interscope, Warner Brothers, Sony
