Bio
George Mangum could barely see over the
pulpit the first time he was put behind
a mic to sing. He started with standard
hymns and southern gospels favorites,
but didn't stop there. By the time he
was in high school, an accumulation of
Contemporary Christian, R&B, and Rock
had began to mold the versatile styles
he has today. His love for all types of
music and his experience as a studio drummer,
have allowed him to be exposed to many
genres.
George
M. has been a part of many choirs, ensembles,
and bands. He has traveled throughout
the United States as a soloist with several
award winning choirs and groups. He has
recorded with the Alabama Festival Choir,
Nashville String Machine, and Tribe of
Judah, to name a few. George has also
placed as a finalist in numerous solo
competitions and showcases.
"George
has a unique and strong sound that is
truly a sound from Heaven.. He carries
an anointing to lead people into the presence
of Jehovah God."
