Bio
Jeff was born and raised in the great Midwest but always had a spirit of adventure for the fast life. Even a successful high school wrestling career couldn’t keep the depression caused by a bad relationship with his father under control. His high school and early college years were spent experimenting with drugs, alcohol, and relationships. One day while walking alone on campus Jeff was contemplating life. He was back on the wrestling team, his grades were good, and he had lots of friends, but something was still not right. This walk led him to the small chapel on campus where he gave his life to the Lord in full surrender. One month later he left the wrestling team, gave up his wild ways, met his eventual wife (Robin), and was the leader of the FCA group on campus. Jeff devoted the usual hours he had spent at wrestling practice on studying the word of God and in two short months made the decision to use the vessel that God had given him in occupational ministry.

Accomplishments
Jeff’s number one accomplishment in life is his marriage. On August 2, 2003 Jeff made a covenant with God and Robin to serve her for the rest of his life. They now serve in Northern Virginia as student pastors. Their current ministry current youth group (www.myspace.com/rsm1) has grown from 15 students to 150 in just over 18 months. Before moving to Northern Virginia Jeff and Robin lived in Hawaii serving as US Based missionaries. Together they have a heart for youth, young adults, the local church, and global missions. Between them, they have traveled to Hawaii, Nicaragua, Mexico, Liberia, Sierra Leone (this summer), Rome, Greece, and all over the US doing ministry. Eventually they want to plant a church that is focused on missional living.

References
"Jeff is an energetic and gifted speaker whose heart for young people was apparent as soon as we met. His ability to capture an audience's attention with real and relevant facts and examples is amazing. He is able to show that the pressures of "our youth" ARE NOT the same as those pressures faced by our youth of today. The issues that young people face today are more startling and alarming than most people think and Jeff is able to share that word in a way that makes people want to take action, any action that might save a young person from the onslaught that the media and entertainment industry tell them is "cool"."

"Jeff served as our camp pastor in the summer of 2006. During his time in Hawaii I watched him pray and read his word daily before anything else. He has not only an anointing to speak to large groups, but a passion for one on one prayer and ministry, something essential that every minister should have. I heartily recommend Jeff to minister to your group. "
